Ellen manages the overall strategy, operations, and performance of Goodman’s multi-billion-dollar Western Sydney logistics, commercial, and data centre portfolio. During her 20-plus years at Goodman, Ellen has held roles in asset management, including a four-year secondment to facilitate Goodman’s expansion in Europe. She works closely with Goodman’s customers, as well as internal teams across operations, capital transactions, valuation, development, marketing, legal and finance. She has a Bachelor of Property Economics, is a member of the Property Council of Australia’s National Industrial Roundtable, and is the founder of Women in Industrial.
I am passionate about Industrial and one of my goals is to continue to assist and support the career progression of women entering the industrial property sector.

Charlotte Brabant has over twenty years experience in the property sector. She commenced her career in retail and mixed use property development for private developers Multiplex and Beville Group before moving to the AREIT sector and joining GPT. At GPT, Charlotte was invited to join the logistics and business parks development team. Interested in learning a new sector – and developing a wealth of transferable skills – she jumped at the chance.
Since then, Charlotte has honed her skills with a particular focus on repositioning and re/developments and has developed a keen understanding for evaluating project feasibility and asset repositioning initiatives through greenfield and brownfield developments nationally.
As a founding member of WIN – I am passionate about promoting industrial to women across other property sectors, and encouraging them to consider industrial as a career choice.

With over 20 years of experience in industrial, Toni Ryan has seen the sector transform from the ugly duckling to the swan of the property sector.
And through it all, she remains passionate about the sector’s dynamic nature and its significant contribution to the global economy.
In her current role at Realterm, Toni leads the launch and execution of the company’s fund platform in Australia. Previously, she was the Portfolio Manager at 151 Property, a Blackstone portfolio company, leading the Queensland and New South Wales asset management team, and delivering on the investment mandates for its funds.
Toni has also held roles at AMP Capital and Stockland, where she delivered investment outcomes across a diverse industrial portfolio spanning multiple open- and closed-ended funds as well as separate investment mandates.
Toni is committed to shaping the sector by promoting greater diversity and inclusivity – empowering rising female leaders to advance their career and achieve their aspirations.

Amy joined the property sector in 2014 and has worked in a number of development roles including industrial at GPT, learning all aspects of the property development processes. Amy has experience across the complete development life cycle from land acquisitions, through to funding, construction and leasing of new logistics facilities.
I love the fact that no two days are ever the same when working on large scale logistics development projects. Some days I’ll be in the office, other days I’ll be scouting new land acquisition opportunities, walking our construction sites to oversee the delivery of new builds or inspecting freshly built facilities with prospective tenants as part of leasing process. There is no better accomplishment when you stand in front of a facility that you have been a part of from land acquisition through to design inception, construction and subsequently becoming operational by the our end customer.

In 2021, Stefanie joined TMX as Director of the Portfolio Management division – a position she still holds today. In her brief time at TMX, Stefanie has already established the Portfolio Management business line, growing it from $11 million under management in 2021 to $235 million in 2023.

Antoinette Cardona’s first industrial role involved working side-by-side with a group of private investors – an introduction that got her hooked. Her specialty? Delivering large-scale capital expenditure projects, like the delivery of a warehouse expansion and large-scale civil project upgrade at a 54-ha industrial estate.
