Senior Property Manager

Exciting career opportunity for an experienced and motivated Senior Property Manager to join Goodman in the South Property Portfolio team, focusing on the management of Sydney Corporate Park in Alexandria.

This role will be required to deliver exceptional customer service and leasing support by building strong relationships, managing leasing discussions, and collaborating with Asset and Portfolio Managers on key transactions. Responsibilities include financial oversight such as arrears collection, budgeting, and reporting; legal tasks like document negotiation and compliance; and mentoring a team of Property Managers. The role also ensures site presentation, supports strategic asset management, and prioritises safety and administration.
